Simplify the naming of plans, technical documents, data sheets and other documents

A construction project involves many documents, drawn up by different partners. It is important to be able to find the right documents quickly.

This is only possible if the documents are organized in a structured and comprehensible way for each partner. It is therefore useful to use a naming convention that can be used in all projects, so that one does not have to adapt each time.
