Contracts & Finance
A brand new module for managing subcontractors and customers, as well as financial progress reports. All this is also directly connected to your planning software such as Teamoty.
Import your bills of quantities, link and weight your planning tasks to cost items, and that's it. All you have to do is press the task progress synchronization button to calculate your progress reports. Once the progress report has been established, you can edit the values before exporting a status document in Excel format that you can easily send to your customers and subcontractors.

Transmittals
In this new version of Cooperlink, an important new feature has also appeared. These are the transmittals.
These fulfill two functions:
- Formalize the sending of document versions to one or more partners.
- Give access to document versions to partners or customers who do not have access to shared files.
The transmittals in Cooperlink allow you to create a collaborative workspace with your subcontractors while communicating formally with the client in parallel. Thus, the client only receives the documents when they have been validated internally. The transmittal also constitutes proof of sending. It is accompanied by a slip (or summary sheet) which attests the sending of the document to the recipients.
NOTE: access to the Transmittals functionality requires an addition to your current license.
Cooperlink Academy
The Cooperlink Academy takes shape with an immersive experience in the app. From each module you access the training content. On the Cooperlink main page, a widget provides you with news and tips about Cooperlink.
The Coopelink academy is structured by module. In each section you will find:
- A quick start guide. In just a few minutes you will learn to master each module.
- A video is provided as well as a text article with screenshotsArticles to discover the hidden facets of Cooperlink
- Tips and tricks to help you better perform your daily tasks on Cooperlink
Please note that the videos are currently being finalized, so it is likely that some videos do not have sound yet.
Documents
Submit button
To facilitate the user experience, we have grouped the following features into a single Submit button:
- Simple sharing
- Sharing + email notification
- Sharing + transmittal
- Start workflow from predefined templates
- Sending via visitor portal
Show/Hide columns
Choose the columns you want to display in Cooperlink. In the shared folders, click for that purpose on the Column button. This last is coloured when some columns are hidden.
Sort by filename or title
We have improved the sorting of documents by fliename and title. Click on the column button in your workspace for more options.
Secondary files
Your source files (office, revit, autocad, ...) do not require coding and you want to associate them with the main PDF files. Nothing could be simpler, thanks to the file linking functionality, create a Primary-Secondary relationship between 2 or more files. Cooperlink also allows you to specify the type of link (e.g. source file, comment sheet, appendix, ...)
New indicators on documents (portal, transmittal)
New indicators allow you to identify the documents that have been transmitted via the visitor portal or via transmittal.
Workflows
File type field
If you want to require your partner to submit a file when responding to a workflow (e.g. Comment Sheet), you can now add a file type field.
Export folder for deliverables
You can now export deliverables directly to a specific folder in your DMS to avoid downloading a large file.
Multiple assignees per role
You can assign one or more assignees per role. In this case, only one assignee needs to answer on behalf of the others.
Edit contributors during workflow cycle
Coopelink allows you to edit contributors while running. This feature allows a contributor to edit the list of contributors at later stages.
Adjust page size
Choose the number of items displayed in the list.
Reporting
Extended report engine
Cooperlink's reporting engine has been extended to allow you to create advanced reports. Through the configuration interface, determine the information you want to export per sheet in the Excel file. Per sheet it is also possible to define the selection criteria (filter) that apply by default, the sorting as well as the grouping options.
