It's obvious. The party that chooses the platform has an advantage. It has all the information of the different projects in one place, the project manager does not have to learn a new platform each time and can be better organized.

So, is it the real estate developer who should impose the platform or rather the contractor?

Should you therefore accept as a real estate developer (or contractor) to always use another platform? NOPE.
