Project Delivery Engineer

Description of the job position

As a project engineer, you play a key and dynamic role in the company. You drive the success of high end projects by partnering with clients to define their needs and deliver innovative technical solutions.

Concretely, your role is to:

• Ensure the delivery of high end projects
  • Identify the client's functional needs and translate them into existing or to be improved features
  • Write functional specifications in collaboration with the product team
  • Define a delivery schedule in collaboration with the technical teams (product, operational and development) and ensure follow-up
  • Deliver Cooperlink to the end customer, train users and ensure follow-up.
• Contribute to the development of the product
  • Help the product team in the evolution of the product based on your expertise
  • Contribute to the definition of product requirements, as part of the projects you manage, based on customer needs‍
  • ‍Control user journeys through regular testing of the application
  • Carry out market and competition monitoring
• Support the customer success team
  • Provide technical support to the Customer Success Manager for the delivery of standard projects and for complex support requests
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the product‍
• Develop user onboarding strategies‍
  • Implement actions to automate user onboarding
  • Write user manuals
  • Create videos and other interactive media for end users
    

The team

You join a team of 10 people, including the 3 founders (Axel, Thomas and Steven).

Your profile

As a project engineer, you have:

• A technical profile but with excellent communication skills
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical or support role.
• Ideally, experience in a general contractor, in BIM or in engineering.
• An affinity for digital products, such as EDMs and collaborative platforms (CDE).
• Perfect command of Dutch, French and English (minimum written).

• Equipped with excellent interpersonal skills: you know how to create a bond with a person and practice active listening.
• Business-oriented: you speak the client's language and adapt your communication according to their profile.
• Excellent writing skills: you have mastery of written language.
