Description of the job position

As Sales Development Representative , you play a key and dynamic role in the company. You implement the company's commercial strategy.

Concretely, your role is to:

  • Contribute to the implementation of the sales plan
    • Implement actions to automate lead generation (e.g. growth hacking, engagement sequences on social networks, webinars, etc.) using digital tools.
    • Using your Hunter profile, proactively sourcing opportunities and qualify leads based on an ideal customer profile (ICP)
    • Make appointments and ensure follow-up
    • Collaborate with the CEO for lead conversion
    • Participate in online demonstrations, defend the benefits of the product and present the best arguments to accelerate customer decision-making
    • Establish commercial offers and ensure follow-up
  • Be actively present on social networks
    • Promote the product and company news

The team

You join a team of 10 people, including the 3 founders (Axel, Thomas and Steven).

Your profile

As Sales Development Representative , you have:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or business development.
  • Ideally, experience in the construction, industrial or engineering industries.
  • An affinity for digital products, such as CRM, EDM and collaborative platforms.
  • Perfect command of Dutch, French and English (minimum written).

But also, you are:

  • Equipped with excellent interpersonal skills : you know how to create a bond with a person and practice active listening. You easily introduce yourself into events.
  • Business-oriented: you speak the client's language and adapt your communication according to their profile.
  • Excellent writing skills : you have mastery of written language.
  • Resilient and perseverant : an action is not working? No worries, you find another solution!
  • Analytic And synthetic : you detect the customer's problem with finesse and respond with the right arguments. You report your observations to the team.
  • Team player : you like working in a team and benefiting from the knowledge of your colleagues.
